With the withdrawal of key European countries, the NATO Alliance is in danger of collapse. Keen to exploit the situation, an unknown coalition of hostile countries use a private military organization called Pax Armata to conduct a proxy war against key strategic targets.

The US deploys Dagger 13 – a crack US Marine Raiders unit – to flashpoints around the world, determined to stabilize NATO and push back against this coalition.
